Our Leadership Team

Myles Múnera-Keating

Founder & Head Tutor
Myles graduated from Stanford with a BS in Mathematical and Computational Science. Prior to Stanford he attended the Meadowbrook school of Weston and graduated cum laude from the Roxbury Latin School. His deep enthusiasm for math, writing, and (believe it or not) standardized testing makes him a versatile educator who supports students from grade school to grad school.

Myles’ approach is holistic. Not only does he help students master content and boost scores, he teaches them to build effective habits essential for success in academics and beyond. Myles has the rare ability to demystify the most challenging subjects, making learning accessible and enjoyable. He equips students with lifelong executive functioning skills, fostering a mindset and skill set that enable them to thrive.

After tutoring with other companies, Myles founded Now Test Prep to create a home for like-minded, experienced, professional tutors and educators who focus on honing their craft and driving lasting student impact. Now Test Prep focuses on forging enduring relationships with families. We serve NYC and Chicago in person, and the world virtually. When not tutoring, Myles stays busy raising his son and adorable cavapoo Mochi in Park Slope with his wife, Mariana. He is an unabashed Boston Celtics fan, rock climber, and lover of really dark chocolate.

Faiza Riaz

Managing Director of Outreach

Faiza graduated from Hopkins School in Connecticut and subsequently double majored in Economics and Sociology at Bowdoin College. She pursued her graduate studies at the Tufts University School of Medicine, earning a Masters of Public Health. Since 2017 she has served as the President of the Parents’ Independent School Network (PIN), a non-profit organization for parents and independent school communities in New England. Faiza is a Trustee and active parent volunteer at Buckingham Browne & Nichols School in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Before joining the BB&N community, Faiza served as President of the Parents’ Association at The Chestnut Hill School and on its Board of Trustees. Previously, Faiza worked at Willis Towers Watson in both Health Benefits and Health Care Delivery Consulting, forging strong client relationships and creating tailored solutions.

Through her extensive engagement with parents and school communities, Faiza discovered her passion for supporting and guiding families, fostering meaningful connections, and providing resources to support both students’ academic journeys and parents through competitive admissions processes. As Managing Director of Outreach, Faiza leads Now Test Prep’s efforts to connect with families and school communities, drawing on her firsthand experience navigating the independent school world as a student, parent, and volunteer.

Faiza and her husband live in the Boston area. Their daughter, a sophomore at Barnard College, has embraced life in New York City, and their son is a high school junior at BB&N. When not serving as her family’s personal Uber and concierge service, Faiza is an avid baker, has re-discovered her love of painting, and is improving her mahjong skills – all while prioritizing protein and getting her steps in!
